Wind-sturdiness was one of our concerns -- our Moss Titan withstood a 50-mph blow soon after we got it, but that was the only time we encountered such strong winds on Lake Superior. However, the Mutha Hubba has six extra tabs on the fly for guying it out, and I figure that should help. My wife and I bought one Friday night after setting it up in the store and checking it out. Our other major concern was the color of the fly -- whatever happened to the idea of minimum impact colors? -- but the advantages outweigh that particular disadvantage. The color is not so unpleasant from the inside. A friend wandered by while we were looking at the tent, and he has a similar complaint about his Hubba Hubba. He called MSR to see if he could get a different color, but no luck. The tent is amazingly spacious. It feels half again as big as the Titan on the inside even though it is slightly narrower -- and I have liked all-mesh tents since I got my Moss Solus 2 years ago. Setup and takedown is also much easier than with the Titan. The fabric could be tighter on the vestibules, but that should be a concern only in sustained strong winds, and I have one or two ideas on what I might be able to do about it. If we decide not to keep it, I figure we should be able to sell it for what we paid for it, but for now, we are quite pleased with it, especially for what we paid for it.
