Not that funny if you're the one exposed by the paranoia, like after 'The Birth of a Nation' was shown nationally in the US, where whites play dumb, uneducated, coloured people, that supposedly have nothing better to do than rape white women. Inspired by the film thousands of blacks were lynched in the US, and later we have similar productions made by Nazi-Germany's film industry, that led to similar lynchings, but of Jews! It is very easy, for any civilized country, to become engulfed in nationwide paranoia - look how Serb-controlled media day after day published articles about Moslems rape-ing and killing poor Serb Ortodox women and children. Very specific articles, based on not one iota of truth - that Moslems protested and pointed out that there was no truth in the articles made them even more suspect, of course. After a while almost all Serbs believed it (government-controlled media must tell the truth, doesn't it?), and consequently a lot of male Serbs did something about it! Thus they felt compelled to do just the same things to their neighbours women and children, who happened to be Moslims, or mixed marriages. If the men protested you killed them, too, of course - right is right, right?! Which in turn resulted in Moslem backlash, with volunteers streaming in from all over the world, and then the Croats felt they had to join in ...
