Google this one well. There have been lots of things mad eout of Tyvek. Doesn't work well for all. I only use it for ground sheets. I suspect that it is not actually water*proof* if you use it as an overhead. (You can also get the stuff in wide sheets--probably 12-16 feet wide.)
