[Paddlewise] Rudders redux

I am an advocate of having a good time paddling. If having a rudder helps 
then good. If in a  general way is lacking on both sides of the argument.

As one can see, I have ticked off just about everyone on Paddlewise by not 
picking a side. :-)

Maybe I should cut the baby in half.
