[Paddlewise] Canoe & Kayak magazines 2008 Buyer's Guide

I just learned that the December "Buyer's Guide" issue will now become the
"Advertisers Guide" issue as only manufacturers who spend at least $775 on
advertising in that issue will be included starting with the 2008 Buyer's
Guide issue (the December 2007 issue). In the past the Buyer's Guide issue
included any manufacturer who bothered to submit all the information
requested of them by the deadline date. I suspect their will be a lot of
smaller manufacturers missing from this years December issue who are still
very much in business. Hopefully, Canoe and Kayak magazine readers will be
informed of this major change in policy but somehow I doubt that will be
done by Canoe and Kayak magazine itself.
