A lot of kayak shops use old kayaks (often with additional holes 
drilled into them) in for their signage.  Donate it to a local shop 
for that purpose.

I believe that Walden builds all their kayaks with recycled 
plastic.  I don't know how one would get an old kayak to them for 
recycling though.
