Sorry Paddlewise,

My last post about nuclear wasn't meant to go to paddlewise and has drifted way off topic. Clearly I need a rudder! I'll stick to discussing the energy used for building and transporting kayaks.

All the best, PeterO

And in the event of war I want as few nuclear installations as possible,
world wide, and I, for one, don't see a future where no nuclear countries
(like Sverige (aka Sweden), La France, the US, et cetera) aren't involved
in war (one way or other - Sweden has troops in Afghanistan - under US
command), or exposed to terrorism (one's terrorist, the other's freedom
fighter).

What a ridiculous statement. People who lop heads off on video, drive
airplanes into buildings, drive flaming cars into the Glasgow airport, fill cars
with nails and gas and park it in a busy district wired to go are terrorists
pure and simple. There is nothing "free" about bagging your women up and stoning
them if they walk outside without a male family escort once these "freedom
fighters" have won the battle. Don't be so open minded your brains have fallen
out. It could be you looking out your office window at a 747 filling the
entire pane.
