Our northern California sea kayaking club, Explore North Coast, has rented Camp #3 at the Mendocino Woodlands (www.mendocinowoodlands.org), and we find ourselves with quite a few beds left (4 beds per tent-cabin). If you're in the area, and want to come paddling and camping with us, then please do! Use their website to find directions, then ask for Georgianna when you arrive at Camp #3. It's only $100 bucks for the whole 5 nights -- Thursday afternoon, August 16 through Tuesday morning, the 21st.
