Those are the exact same exercises, plus a few more, that my physical therapist prescribed after I re-injured my rotator cuff muscle. I originally injured it 18 years ago ... I think the age thingy caught up to me about 5 years ago when I reinjured it - ha. When I don't do those exercises for a few weeks, I really feel it.
