Dave, - is Dacron a nylon or polyesther? Both are good, IMHO - but cotton
blend of course isn't. I prefer pure nylon to pure polyesther, as nylon can
also be reinforced additionally with a drop of Aquaseal over the seam, while
polyesther has poor adhesion.
