[Paddlewise] cold water class

Hi Pam,
Very interesting! Who ran the class and what did they cover in it?
Was the class well attended? How was the class structured? I 
know how these classes are run here in the northeast, but I haven't 
heard of other folks doing it. How did you like the class?

We have been unable to get organizations that provide boating 
instruction to the general public to have any interest in cold water 
instruction. They only finish up by saying wear a pfd; they won't 
touch wet/drysuits (State of Alaska, PA Fish and Boat, US Power 
Squadron).
