[Paddlewise] DuCharme's advice

Hi Dave,
Your comment gets at the point I made the other day, which is the 
reason I posted the reference in the first place. The Coast Guard 
and the author are telling folks to swim for it but they are refusing 
to instruct the general boating public about what they need to wear 
to enter cold water or go boating on cold water. To me, this is an 
outrage.
