I can't fault the logic, but the reality is usually a lot different, and it
also seems that every second person appearing in court on violence charges
is described as being on a "sickness benefit". This means that they are
unfit to work so my taxes are giving them a wage, while they are perfectly
capable of battering people.

If I was in charge....... ;-)
