I was just sent a powerpoint show that would make any power boater drool, and can't resist passing its reference on to the mother ship shoppers; I don't think it will make it within the financial constraints of anyone I know, but if you've got $16-24 mill sitting around looking for a place to be spent, here is a wonderful opportunity.
