ICR10 does not appear to be a current model. R20
(http://www.icom-australia.com/products/receiver/receiver_ic-r20.html)
with a long wire aerial may get suitable reception. Pricey at $800. It
has a recording facility, which could be useful for the Bureau of
Meteorology four-hourly marine forecasts which are only read once.
Possibly a more compact SSB answer.
