In fact, they don't have a back, - just a 3/4" wide strap behind the ankle (some models don't have this strap). Good thing for draninage, but terrible for ankle support and heel protection when you need to jump over some slippery and sharp rocks. I've seen different models, and they all looked alike - from $30 versions in fancy stores (must be real Crocs, though not necessarily) to $10 knock-offs in US Target and similar canadian superstores.
