[Paddlewise] Trip report

Before Christmas a reporter and I convinced work that we should spend a week
of their time and money playing in the hills to give them something to run
in the paper over the holiday quiet period.

Not a great deal of paddling, due to my colleague being a mountaineer, not a
kayaker, but this may be of interest.

John has posted the trip on his PCT trail journal, which has allowed better
use of photos etc.
