Rafael,

Hi from CKF.

I have fussed with seats for both leg and back comfort and discomfort.

For sleepy feet a longer seat forward with support under the thighs, less
weight on the two sit bones, and more support around the perimeter of the
seat takes the weight off the nerve that goes to your legs. Not your
described problem but the most common discomfort.

Low back pain after long distance for me was caused by too much back
support too high. I lowered the backband below the small of my back (and
hip bones) and loosened it up to provide support only when I lean back from
my paddling position. An even better solution was eliminating the back
band and using a small wedge of minicell foam extending above my
3-inch-deep carved-minicell seat. The wedge is only 4 or 5 inches wide
centered above the seat to provide support on the back of the pelvis when
leaning back or when pushing on the footbraces while still allowing good
hip rotation.
