G'Day Doug, Too many years writing reports I guess but I'd like a combination in say, four sections: - Short summary of the facts - Descriptive interpretation - Concise conclusions - References Another format that worked well for me was "Deep Trouble". When I read accident reports I often learn something new but most importantly I gain a reminder, an ambience, of the need for care and the danger of complacency.
