[Paddlewise] First kayak polo game in Mexico

Queretaro, Mexico.

We did not meet international rules, but we made a good beginning and had a
lot of fun. 

We are going to improve our facilities, boats and safety, trying to keep
this as a friendly, enjoyable way to improve our kayak skills and promote
our sport.
