My newest Snapdragon neoprene skirt came with a "panic strap" which is sewn across the deck from one side to the other. By grabbing the strap and just pulling up, the skirt will come off and I use a very tight fitting skirt. Works equally well on my glass Foster Shadow or my plastic Capella.
