You send them the measurements and they decide whether to give you an off-the-shelf model or to make one up to fit you. http://www.ravenspring.co.uk/system/index.html If you email them (address on their web page), you can discuss the details of your measurement and send them additional measurements to cover and area that isn't covered in the short list of "standard" measurements provided on the web page. Back when I ordered mine, the USA companies such as Kokatat were calling a custom suit one in which they added an inch to the arm and leg measurements. Hopefully, they've caught on to the fact that some of us require somewhat more customization than that. My Ravenspring, at the time, and including the delivery charges from England, was competitively priced with what was available from the North American companies.
