I recently flew from NH to small airport in Quebec by a private company plane We were met by 2 very overzealous customs agents. All 6 of us were interviewed and screened. 2 in our group were detained because they had a prior record. One was a 25 year old DWI the other was a 10 year old DWI. They made them each pay a $200 fee to allow them entry. The process at the airport took almost 2 hours. We should have left them sitting there.
