Gordin, Paddlewise friends: I appreciate the effort Gordin has gone to in securing a feasable event with the Isle of Man circumnav. I'd like to do my part to help out. My best option for a local event is the Kayak For A Cure Victoria paddle on August 10, 2008. Not too many Sunday's away. It's a short day paddle.. Here's my link, and I do hope it is not taken as junk mail. I've a few paddle friends battling this disease at the momment, even more co workers dead or struggling themselves, not to mention I almost lost my own wife a few years ago. There's lots of good charity campaigns out there, I know...I'll support this one this year. Perhaps a few of you might like to, as well. Thanks for listening.
