Oh good... now they'll use BOTH terms. Bureaucrats always think that
problems can be solved by some policy decision or reorganization. After
hammering the industry for 25 years to move away from "lifejacket", now they
want us to use it.

I always thought PFD was a stupid idea. The guy who thought it up must have
retired.
