I think there were many contributing factors to the slow paddling year, such as $4 + per gallon gas, political drama, a plunging economy, widespread unemployment, fires in California, too much mellamine in my diet, yard work that never ends, chronic fatigue syndrome, and now worst of all, it's time to watch college football.
