Matt:
The Sea ranger started life as a 17.5' by 19.5" skin on frame and was
designed by Tom Yost. The inside height at the front of the cockpit is
10". The inside height at the rear of the cockpit is 6". The width between
cheek plates is 18 inches. The inside length can be what ever you build it
to, I built mine to 45 inches and use the front bulkhead as the foot rest.
When Kurt paddles, I use a mincell foam block in the front as his legs a a
little shorter than mine. The strip version maintained those dimensions
within an inch or so.
Here's Tom's web site:

Tom is a prolific and generous builder. His 'plans' (offsets) are available
on his site just for the download. There is also an instructional area for
tips and tricks on how to do some neat stuff. Don't expect the plans to
tell you the step-by-step process, they are more like dimensions for the
stations you need for the build.

Here's a link to the sea ranger where you can find links to off sets to
build it in various configurations.

My son built 2 of Tom's SOF's at about the same time as I did the Sea
Ranger.
