Good job by Chuck Holst!

Several things out there in bold print hint that Global Warming
might possibly be real!

Polar bears swimming to exhaustion in the rapidly expanding
summer arctic sea.

Arctic Inuit villages are sinking into the disappearing perma frost.

Have you noticed ships are now sailing through the Northwest
Passage passage. They are not icebreakers!

Nearly ever glacier on earth is retreating at a rapid pace, which
threatens to result in serious water shortages in many places on
earth.

All kinds of lower altitude plants and animals are extending their
ranges to higher altitudes.

The Greenland ice sheet is shrinking at a rapid pace and the
Greenland weather is warming as well.

Oceanic pH is dropping as CO2 is absorbed into the sea. This is
reducing shell formation in species with shells.

Apart from these phenomena contrived by left wing extremists,
there are other reasons to change the way we live.

Did you notice the stories about brown smog in China this year and
about how it sometimes reaches the US?

More coal-fired power plants are being built at an astounding pace.
They do not capture CO2 or Hg.

Did you read about the Hg in fish the other day?

Do you believe we (the World) will run out of sufficient oil to run our
lives. What will happen when China and India, never mind the rest
of the world, catch up to us in oil useage?

Have you heard about Mt. Top coal mining in Appalachia? They
blow the tops off the mountains and dump them in the nearest river
valleys. If this is ok with you, you don't live there!

I spent years paddling the great white water rivers of West Virginia.
That song about the Mts of West Virginia is not an abstract idea to
me! The brutality currently being inflicted on the environment of
West Virginia is a direct specific wound to my heart!

ETC. I'll generously spare you another 100 pages of this
discussion!
