Despite all the dangers of kayaking, at least I don't have to worry about
this!
This is why I stopped skiing. That cold weather can be humiliating.

This is a bizarre case. Back in the day (ahem!) I skied a lot and it was
considered common courtesy to flip the seat of a chair lift up so the next
skier wouldn't have to sit on the snow collected as the chair traveled back
down the hill for its next load. As we got onto the lift we'd just reach
back and flip the seat down and sit down all in one movement. This guy must
not have been very experienced or maybe the customs have changed; we don't
have many chair lifts in cross-country skiing.

How do you explain a case of butt-frostbite? LOL

Yeah, but you are not a real sea-kayak crapper until you've had a rogue wave
wash ice cold saline solution up your ars unexpectendy while you are taking
a dump on a remote headland outcropping! Victoria sensibilities, indeed! :-)

PS Re you're brush with fame on CHEK TV with Igor the seal: were you aware
there was a storm-sewer warning for the coast due to the heavy rains?

Or have you had military training? "Crap is my friend!"
