[Paddlewise] ERROR: Search called off - NOT WEARING PFD - Apology

My error.
So much Paddlewise traffic.
Got two stories mixed.
My apology.
The kayaker in Texas was without PFD.

Your report is the first I've heard that the missing kayaker was not 
wearing 
a PFD.  Where did you see that information?  Thanks.
