Last I heard there were no charges being preferred. But I wouldn't want to bet on no civil proceedings or other litigation. I wonder how the boy is doing. Nothing reported in the media on this side of the state (the Cascade Mountains effectively separate Washington State into two halves and little news from one side makes it into the other.
