Reed, Immersion Research, Stohlquist all have neoprene gaskets.... I find them MUCH more comfortable than latex for this reason: Latex comes to an edge that meets your skin to create the seal....if you have a tighter gasket or turn your head a bit you can get a rubbed down spot....pain in the neck.... a neoprene gasket is designed to make a larger seal with your skin....instead of the edge of the knife touching your skin the gasket acts more like the knife when you are spreading butter...the wide flat part is making contact with you....MUCH more comfortable because it is not an edge....so there is no wear spots.... Caveat: if you have a scrawny chicken neck the neoprene gaskets might not work for you!!!! if you are the person who when you turn you head your tendons in the neck pop out they will form channels to bring water down past the gasket.... Def. try them!!!
