Didn't Kirk mention short quotes as okay, with source, back a while ago? 
Doesn't sound too onerous or restrictive, given the pre-existing conditions 
for using the list. Now if I was old and cranky like a lot of you on this 
list, maybe I'd be more annoyed. :-)
