Hey Craig...hehehehe. :-)

Doug Lloyd somewhere north of the PNW

I diverge from that line of thinking. The Pacific Northwest is a geographical
descriptor from the North American viewpoint. Victoria sits well there. It is
not a political boundary such as the USA/Canadian boundary. the Asians think
we are all crazy, as we are to them, clearly in the Pacific Northeast. Go
figure.

Cheers,

Rob G

The Pacific Northwest is on the Northeast Pacific. The Far East is on the
Western Pacific. I know where the middle east is (its east of the mid-west),
but where's the middle North? Is that the North Pole? Where's the west pole?

I'm glad to be of service Harvey. both the middle north and the west pole
are located in Middle Earth.

If you need any more help with geography, i.e. where to get a good ale in
Wales, drop me a line.

Victoria - Still 90 minutes past the PNW
