I have been fill-in list manager before (although that has also been some time ago) and if I remember correctly the one sure fire way to get a message held up was to quote 100 lines and write 3. Beyond that there might be some key word blockers (like the s-word) but I don't rightly recall. Kirk does this in his spare time, he has a full-time job and family and oh yeah, actually paddles. If you're going to go all ape why didn't you just contact him directly? I don't think this list was ever meant as a clearing house for time sensitive material but if you want, you're free to create your own and for your own purposes. That's what is so nice about the Internet. Censorship is a pretty strong word to bandy about.
