My favorite source for tide info is JTides: http://www.arachnoid.com/JTides/
It is a little Java application that produces nice plots of tides and  
currents, or calendars of the same.

My next favorite is http://www.mobilegeographics.com:81/ If you use a  
Max and iCal you can subscribe to a tide calendar so you always have  
the tide table available. If you have an iPhone you can do the same.

This is pretty slick, all right.  Love the graphical color display of how 
tide (or, current) varies over a several day period.  Thanks for the heads
