The gaskets are replaceable; just contact your dealer. In some cities
(Seattle, Vancouver BC, etc.) there are businesses that specialize in
replacing gaskets.

If you are out on a trip and split the gasket the consequences are that it's
no longer a drysuit... but if it's the neck gasket you might be able to stay
relatively dry. Depends on how often you immerse the split gasket. I'd be
tempted to try duct tape on the split. It won't stretch there any more but
it's possible that the rest of the gasket will stretch enough to keep it
working well enough 'til you get it to a repair facility.
