However, with the Supreme Court we have now, stay on the look out for more attacks on free speech. Recently the Supremes (5-4 decision) really cranked down on inadvertent, single-word slips of the tongue on network TV/radio. Fox got nailed for "allowing" Cher to make a single use of the F-word during the Grammys a couple years ago.
