[Paddlewise] moderator having technical issues.

I'm having some technical issues with my linux server, where I do list
moderation.  Posts which need to be moderated are being queued up and
will be addressed when I correct the server problem.  I need physical
access to the machine to make the change.

Hopefully this fix will address some of the issues that I've had lately
with the "disappearance" of edited postings.
