My wife who is a surgeon carefully gave out what she thought would be a correct dosage for each child. Our son who was about 4 quietly went slacked jawed and started to breathe so shallowly it scared us both to death. My daughter who was 2 1/2 went hyper and bounced around in her car seat as much as she could and had a grand time. You just never know.
