I've never seen a caribou in person, although they are on PBS fairly regularly. Did have a bull elk in my yard. He was doing about one knot when he left. I didn't chase him because I don't like getting hurt. And just for the record, we had a cow kick one of our kayaks once. Oh, and D. had a black lab drop a big rock on his boat, but that's a different thread I suppose. That's all I have to say about that.
