The Dash Point Pirate has a link to a video of a tugboat with a barge in tow capsizing at Skoomchuck rapids. Looks like it must have been very close to slack tide but the tug went over anyway. Very dramatic footage. The Dash Point Pirate's blog is one of the best out there and well worth keeping in your favorites folder.
