I use prescription twin-focal glasses for exactly the
same reason, as I am a bus driver, and I use the type
that changes colour according to the amount of UV light.

Works very well, but my opticians tell me those
that turn brown is better than those that turn a
bit blue-ish. So I use the brownish kind :-)!

In really bright light my astigmatism is less of a
problem, so then I can use normal sun glasses. But
I tend to use the same glasses the day through :-)!

All the best,

Tord
