I believe that Chris Mitchell, from the Bellingham, WA area, handles and paddles Rockpool. If someone was interested, I'm sure he could be contacted through the WAKE site (Whatcom Association of Kayak Enthusiasts). He was the instructor for the recent ACA Level two instructors certification held at Bellingham. I don't know if he will be at the Port Townsend Symposium.
