I was talking about the guy who wrote the law. He specified to the sheriff what he should be looking for. Unfortunately, what he specified doesn't exist. It's rather like a motorcycle helmet law that requires a helmet to have a "freeway" sticker if you will be going over 50 MPH. Ain't no such animal.
