Hi all
My husband has a colleague who will be commuting(!) between New York
City and San Francisco. He and his wife have recently gotten interested
in paddling and are looking for opportunities to paddle in San
Francisco. Can you give us any leads and advice to pass on to them?
        Joan

Tell them about BASK http://www.BASK.org or to go to Yahoo and after signing
in, go to Yahoo groups and check out a group called the Petaluma Paddlers.

There are two active kayaking clubs in the San Francisco Bay area:
Bay Area Sea Kayakers - bask.org
Western Sea Kayaker - westernseakayakers.org

Each club's website also has links to the numerous outfitters in the
SF Bay Area.

That should be a good start.
