Who offers "the best" surf kayaking in the state of Georgia?  I am planning a trip in early March, and I'll be flying in to Atlanta.  Suggestions?

The Triangle at Tybee Island is pretty good most of the time. Sometimes 
it's even better. Jim Farrelly is our local expert on it.
