I would like to make a norsaq but I don't want to go through the hassle of getting a license. I wonder how Duane avoided the licensing with his harpoon. :D Craig Jungers Moses Lake, WA www.nwkayaking.net *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s). Craig, Speaking of the harpoon. As I paddled back to shore after practicing with the harpoon on Monday, a California Dept. of Fish and Game truck was there. The two wardens inside the truck seemed like they were checking me out. But they soon drove off. I don't know if it was a coincidence that they were there or if someone got carried away and reported a kayaker hunting with a harpoon. Someday I expect to be questioned by the authorities and have my explanation ready. Probably nothing in the Calif. F&G Act that covers harpoons! GaryJ Duane Strosaker wrote: > Craig, > > Speaking of the harpoon.
