One part of the GW prediction has been warmer weather globally (thus more energy in air, globally), and this year according to the meteorologists of the world, has been the warmest ever, except in North America, which instead has experienced colder weather than normal. So the extremes in weather will increase as we go along (this year has definitely been the warmest in Sweden ever, with not very hot summer, but extremely mild autumn - just a handful of days with freezing temperatures, as yet (30-60 days would be closer to the normal conditions, I'd say). See that the weather forecast looks grim for North America just now, good luck, stay indoors and keep warm, while I here in the dark, on the 62nd parallell, would love to see at least some snow, by now! Makes outdoor activities so much easier, when you can see the ground even after sunset!
