As I drove to the Coast Guard Station, the rain was coming down in buckets and upon arrival I noticed the two red pennants hoisted above the station. The old Persian proverb crossed my mind. "A drowning man is not troubled by rain." I knew the bacteria count would be high but it couldn't be any higher than the table surfaces at Daddy-O's. Therefore, I decided to go out with Mark, but unlike Mark, I stayed bone dry by staying out of harms way. Just in case, I took a bath in Purell when I got back to the car.
